WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION?

1. To Provide Superior Customer Service

RETURNS and EXCHANGES

Royal Highnies accepts returns for credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing charges) on purchases made directly through the company website (royalhighnies.com) as long as the returned product is not visibly worn or damaged. For a refund, the original packing slip and invoice must be returned along with the product within 30 days of purchase. The refund will be made in the original form of payment. Please note that for credit to your credit card, it may take up to one full billing cycle for the credit to reflect on your statement.
